We are pleased to share that APEX Network $CPX and Red Pulse Phoenix $PHB are evolving together through a multi synergistic merger combining the strength of both projects within blockchain technology, federated learning and decentralized finance.

This survey is conducted in a manner to further protect seperate user metadata from their survey responses. Cryptocoin has engaged with Block Survey to provide the backend infrastructure to enable the collection of responses.
Through the use of Blockchain and public key cryptography technology, the contents of the survey responses are encrypted in the users browser. These are then only able to be decrypted by Cryptocoin.
This seperation has been done to ensure that cryptocoin (and Apex Networks) are unable to correlate the survey responses back to any indiviual, their IP address, cookie or any other identifiable metadata.
At the conclusion of the survey period (18th of October), an aggregate of the non-identifiable responses will be collated and results published on this website.
